We are launching our first Running program - our Run Club. It includes weekly runs, virtual & live races, coaching partners, and individual training plans. It doesn't matter if you are a new runner or an experienced one we have a training plan for you.
Need Gear? We have partnered with Run About Roanoke for virtual shoe fittings and gear selection. Looking for some Florida style motivation? Our year will finish with a Run Weekend in Islamarada, FL Dec 3-5, 2021.

Join Renee for an invigorating morning flow, appropriate for all levels. This class focuses on the Sun Salutation Series. Please bring your own Mat, Block, and Strap.
Join Mi for a classic mat pilates class. Please bring a mat or beach towel. Pilates is a fusion of yoga, core strengthening, and movement.
Women's Club is at 175 Sterling Ave on FMB
Join Mi for yoga with a chair. Please bring a blanket or towel to cover your chair, and a strap (old tie works well). We have blocks and straps for purchase.
Join Marti for a classic mat pilates class. Please bring a mat or beach towel. Pilates is a fusion of yoga, core strengthening, and movement.
Join Denise for your first step into Senior Fitness. Bring your own equipment, ball, strap, blocks if you have them. This class focuses on core stability and strength.
This class is designed to help you launch your fitness program.
Join Denise for an Intermediate Level Senior Fitness Class. Bring your own equipment, ball, strap, blocks if you have them. This class focuses on core stability and strength. It is recommended that you take Beginner Senior Fitness or prior to this class.
All ages welcome. Class size is limiting it to 8 so we have enough space for everyone.
No Yoga experience necessary. Bring your mat, and 2 of your child's favorite stuffed toys, we will use them as props to keep them engaged. We will run class for an hour, knowing that if "someone" has had it at 45 minutes - that is fine too. Folks can leave early if desired.
Class is designed to share yoga and movement with your child.

This hour long class "does a little" with every part of the body.
It varies weekly, always using breath, core work, stretching, and the resistance of your own body.
If you are recovering from injury, need to build balance, or simply need a gentle re-entry into exercise you can get moving again with Stretch & Strength.
Join Mi for an all-levels class. Restorative Yoga focuses on bringing your mind inward and slowing your body down. Poses are supportive and held for 5+ minutes. Please bring your own mat, blankets, beach towels. You will also need a pillowcase for your bolster. We have some for purchase if you need
Join Kristen or Renee for an afternoon flow that is designed to perk you up. This class is appropriate for all levels and modifications will be offered, however it is a quicker more intermediate practice by design. Bring your own Mat, Block, and Strap if you have them.
An hour-long, slow flow, designed to release the tension of the day and easy into your evening with peace. Please bring your own Mat, Block, and Strap.
Join Renee for an hour-long, slow flow, designed to release the tension created by running those miles. This class is perfect for any athlete that is in need of a class focused on lengthening those muscles that can be tight due to running, biking, and weight training. Please bring your own Mat, Block, and Strap.
